Other Details to Note
The hot tub is professionally serviced between each stay. In rare cases, it may need to be drained and refilled — which requires water to be trucked up from town. While uncommon, this may cause temporary unavailability. If misuse requires a full refill, a $600 fee will apply. No one lives on-site, but we’ll do our best to assist you as quickly as possible. There is not a better view in Summit County. The deck offers 180 degree views overlooking Lake Dillon and Silverthorne. Just down the hill from the house are the Silverthorne Outlets and numerous restaurants. Whether you are looking to ski/board, hike, fish, shop or relax, our home is perfect for all.
Guest Access
The entire home is yours to enjoy — inside and out. The only exception is a separate storage area on the lower level, not accessible to guests. Please, make yourself at home.

AWD SUV or PREFERABLY 4WD SUV or TRUCK is MANDATORY for stays during the winter months. We do have a plow service that plows all the way up to the house. A driving map with multiple routes will be sent along with check in instructions.
